Château Rauzan-Ségla, Ségla Margaux 2012
Dark purplish. Lacks just a little freshness on the nose. Quite brutal fruit but some juiciness triumphs above the oak. Ambitious. Vibrant with good persistence. Chateau Rauzan Segla is best paired with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised and grilled dishes. Chateau Rauzan Segla is also good when matched with Asian dishes, rich fish courses like tuna, mushrooms and pasta.
